Patience is the key...

So lately, I have been answering this online quiz called "The Impossible Quiz". I recommend you to answer it without cheating on the first few tries. Here's the link:
                             http://www.addictinggames.com/puzzle-games/theimpossiblequiz.jsp
For me, it's not impossible to answer. It's just really challenging. I haven't finished it yet (specifically on question 82) because I gave up... It took me hours to get to that point. It will mess up your mind and the way you think. I remember that I was at question 80 and I had one life left. I got the answer wrong and I had to start all over again. I was really annoyed that I started to have a very short tantrum (not longer than 3 minutes). After that, I went back to playing. Try it yourself. I bet you would loose your mind at the 10th question.
Patience is the key to this quiz (and a lot more things). If you have a handful of it, you would finish the test in no time. :)
That's it for today, this is M.I.G. signing off to another great day :)

Updates:
So far, I'm planning a Q&A but I don't exactly have a plan on how you would ask me the questions so I might go with music but its too complicated for a first vlog so I'm still thinking of a plan.

Stop mocking me!!

It's funny hearing that a 2 year old kid could bully a 14 year old. Has the world gone mad?!?!?
So that 14 year old was me and the 2 year old was a baby of a stranger. I was in the church and I saw the kid. The kid was a girl with very big eyes that are bigger than mine. She looked at me and I smiled back with my usual check-eyed smile. She smiled back at me with the same smile I gave her. Was she mocking me? She is mocking me, isn't she? After that, she just gave me the same look. If I try to ignore her, she would get my finger and start playing with it until I look at her again. Kids these generations... so insensitive.
In the end, I got mocked by a 2 year old and I wasn't happy about it.

MEMORIZING... is not my strength, okay?

It's annoying when teachers give you a lot of things to memorize, right? It's more annoying when you either hate memorizing or hate the poem, article, or essay you're supposed to memorize. Obviously, I especially hate memorizing because I am not good at it.
From all the things you make me do on the weekend after studying hard for the unit tests (unitest? I don't know how to spell it right), you make me memorize a whole poem with 12 stanzas and a declamation speech. You're probably thinking that I can memorize one today and the other at another day after the performance but no. I have to memorize both today because one will be presented this coming Monday and the other will be presented the day after Monday. It's annoying. Including the report the teacher is making us do that will also be passed this coming Monday too(but she gave it two weeks before which is somehow acceptable). Then, there is another assignment that requires memorizing... At least this one is a song, which makes it easier for me. Ugh... I hate it...

Report card...

                  (I haven't been posting lately, I know...)
Guess what? My report card was given a few days ago and I didn't like what I just saw. My grades got lower. I was disappointed because I thought I did quite good last quarter. My grades got 0.12 lower and that's a bit much to deduct to my grade. I know that I might be exaggerating a little.... maybe too much. That leads me to this post.
How to react when your grades got lower...

  1. Don't cry. Crying doesn't solve anything, unless your teacher sees you and gives you additional grade just so you could stop crying.
  2. Don't always look at the dark side of things. Try to look at the bright side. There are some disappointments there but there must be a bright side. Try to cheer yourself up by looking at that, unless your grades are 0.
  3. Accept it. Acceptance is one of the most important factors on how to react to most problems like this. Just try to improve the next time.
  4. Keep calm and enjoy life. This step is for people whose grades got too low. Do the things that would cheer you up. You could talk to a friend, ride a bike, smell the flowers, hug a tree and explore the wonders of life. But this doesn't mean you should be like that all the time because that could leave you in worse situations.
I was really busy the last few days and I was trying to look or squeeze in my regular schedule for blogging but it seems like my homeworks and studies are too much to handle together with it. Hope you could understand.

Her Visit :))

Finally, from hours of studying, I finally had time to blog.... So... How you guys doing?
So just a few days ago, a famous blogger visited our club and she gave us some tips about blogging... Do you know who she is??? She is THE Patty Laurel... If you don't know her... Here is her blog to give you a great picture of how she looks like... http://www.pattylaurel.com/
She was great and I really enjoyed our time with her. She was fun and active... I have been checking her blog out lately. It's really nice (better than mine). She knew everything a blogger needs to know and told it to us, I now know how to make my blog better!... hopefully...
I had high expectations when I saw her, but when she started discussing, she went beyond what I expected. I really valued her visit. I will treasure it FOREVER! Most likely if I see her, I would go "crazy fan girl" on her. :P
I was supposed to post this last Tuesday but the computer wasn't working and my sister was doing her homework on the other computer...

*Updates: I'm not yet done planning on my first vlog. I couldn't pick between "Q&A"s or "I dare MIG" or a music video kind most likely acapella or somethings I missed out last year. I would probably upload the video somewhere at December... maybe.
Oh yeah... Don't forget to pray for the Philippines because remember when I said there was a large earthquake that hit us, now it is flooded there... Filipinos... stay strong and face the flood with a smile :)

Pentatonix

The other day, my sister found another great group on YouTube named "Pentatonix". If some of you know this group, you would say that this group isn't new to you. (I'm sorry! I'm not updated!) They are so good. I just subscribed to them a few minutes ago.
I enjoy each of their acapella songs that I could listen to them all day. They sing nice songs, medleys, and any kind of song that they know. Try watching and listening to one of their videos called "Evolution of Music". The link is...
                                         http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lExW80sXsHs
I was surprised when my sister told me they won in a contest named "The Sing-off" years ago. They are five in a group and they managed to beat groups with at least 8-13 members each. I was really speechless when I watched most of their performances.
If you like them, why don't you subscribe to them on their YouTube page: http://www.youtube.com/user/PTXofficial , like them on facebook https://www.facebook.com/Pentatonix , and if you like to know more about them, you could visit their page at http://www.ptxofficial.com/
Oh yeah... here is a picture of them so you could see how they look like. (Although they changed looks now)

NAILED IT!

When people are asked to do something and nearly succeeded, what do they say? "NAILED IT!" or "Good enough", all of us  have said these phrases even once in our life, right?
This is a positive attitude with a negative effect. Positive that at least you finished it but negative that you might not get the score you expected or you didn't meet the person's expectations. I've experienced that a few months ago when we were supposed to make the colored glass thingy but it wasn't really glass. It was 6pm and we were done. It looked like we rushed the whole thing, which was what we did. It wasn't neat and we needed more time to refine it but we didn't have those so we passed it to our teacher. He was surprised that we finished it within a short period of time although he told us it needed to be refined. He gave us a choice. It is either we continue it at home or we could pass it to him right now. He told us we wouldn't really give us a high grade if we passed it like that so we brought it home.
This phrase is best for performances or plays. You couldn't tell the stage manager to repeat the whole scene again. You'll put the crowd to sleep. Use this phrase when the thing you are doing doesn't really matter like a dare somebody told you to do.

THE SEMESTER IS DONE!!! It's not done yet

(Dismissal)
Me: Yey!! I'm free!
Teacher: Oh yeah! I almost forgot..
Me: What?
Teachers: Since you have more or less a week of break time...
Me: And?
Teachers: And maybe you can give some time for some things...
Me: So what are you trying to say..
Teacher: I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU A HANDFUL OF HOMEWORK!!!
Me: NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Teacher: And not only that, I'm giving you a retest on your periodical test after sem-break.
Me: NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
You see that?!?! That is what happened earlier! "Teachers" are generally every teacher that gave us homework. It's just unfair! They should at least give us just at most 2 homework... NOT 6!!! Life is like that. If it gives you lemons, you have to make lemonade. You would expect me to think of positive things about this. Sure! Let's see... 1. I learn new things     2. I learn to think positively and say "YEY! Homework" every homework I finish.
Now let's see the negative side of this... 1. I don't get my desired rest time   2. I won't get to enjoy my sem-break   3. I would think that giving us a sem-break is a useless thing when teachers give too much home works that are not necessary for that moment or time.
You would have reacted the same way, more violently or calmer than me. It's gonna be a hard week for me.

I get scared easily and updates on upcoming vid

Everyone is at least scared of something. I'm scared of a lot of things. I must be the biggest coward in the family. Although you can't be always afraid of it, you have to face it. There are just some things I get scared about easily.
If you feel there is something crawling on your arm, wouldn't you be scared that it would be a cockroach, a lizard or any other horrifying insect? (you would. ADMIT IT!) If you were left in a dark room with no one around you, won't you be scared? I would be. There were sometimes I was supposed to close the lights downstairs and go up to my room. I was alone there studying and it was dark so closed the lights, ran up the stairs as fast as I could and went in my room. There was also one time, I was so tired of studying and I was gonna get a glass of water in my dark kitchen. I thought I saw something there but it was just my imagination.
If you would live with me for at least 2 days, those two days wouldn't be complete without me getting scared easily. If you see me run down the stairs for no reason when I'm left alone... SIGN #1. If you suddenly see me stand up and get away from a dark room... SIGN #2. If you hear me scream... SIGN #3.

I know I didn't say much today. I'm planning what I would say or talk about on my first vlog...  Or it would be a random video full of random stuff. Wait for it... It wouldn't be long until I finished the planning. It would also be good for my first public video on YouTube... I want it to be nice and entertaining. What would be nice and entertaining? Hmmmm... Suggest below and I might include it... Hopefully, I could also get the right materials I need. Wait! I'm changing the topic...

IM5

For the past few days, my sister has been showing me a lot of music videos of boy bands she downloaded off the internet. Some of them are One Direction, The Wanted, and more. There was one band that I didn't recognize, it was IM5. I only knew the name of the band when I saw their other video "Rest of our Lives".
Everytime I watch one of their music videos, I could see that each of them (Cole, Dalton, Dana, Will, and Gabriel) has a different personality. To help you imagine how they look like, I have a picture here...
(from left to right) Will, Cole, Dalton, Gabriel, and Dana
I remember my first reaction when I first saw their group. I was like, "Look! It's a mix of different kinds of people from all over the world! There is an Asian, American, Canadian, Indian, and... another American" (I'm sorry if I offended you) It is like a regular high school group of friends! As a band, they are united. I noticed that they aren't like other boy bands that have a lead singer.
All in all, they are a great group. They have a potential to be a good and successful band someday.

"I will soon..." list

Hey guys! I know my blog is a bit boring that I'm not posting fun stuff like the other blogs. I don't update my blog much, there aren't anymore good trends I can talk about and I noticed that most of my views came from my music video review of "The Fox" last month. So... I decided to make an "I will soon..." list. It is like a promise list but less serious. I'll make sure I will do most of them.

I WILL SOON...
1. Post a vlog
2. Put throwback pictures
3. Talk more about music videos, bands, singers, technology, etc as a blog and a vlog
4. Give you more information about me that even my friends don't know (optional: answer yes or no in comments)
5. Get to post more blogs than I used to.

These are my first few goals and I hope I could achieve them.

IT'S OVER!!! FINALLY OVER!!!

Hey guys! I'm back! I'm happy that everything(periodical test) is finished already! That was hard core studying I did there. I'm hoping if I passed all of them...
I have a lot of freetime but limited time to use the computer though. For the next few days, I have nothing planned in mind. Oh well... The downside of this is that our sem-break isn't starting yet... Next week, I have to go back to school on Tuesday and then it's break time... Weird, right? Hopefully, on Tuesday, teachers wouldn't give us homeworks. It would be sad if a teacher would. They're probably laughing at us while we're doing it.(joke :D )
For now, I just want to inform you guys so you should expect more posts than before.

Periodical week...

It is almost the end of the 1st semester!!! There is just one thing left to do... Go through periodical week...
Periodical week isn't a good, happy, joyful week. It is actually a bad, unhappy, cramming week for all students. Think of it as the final test of the quarter and if you fail, you get a low grade in your report card and there is nothing left for you to change that grade. Imagine the test as an important test that contains all your topics for that quarter. Isn't that a bit hard? Exactly why I am not gonna write for about a week so I could review. I would try to find time to give you guys updates on what is happening. After this week, it will be a study-free environment for me(if my teachers don't mess up and give me assignments). It would be nice having a long rest after all those hard work and cramming through notes. Long rest means more time and more time means more posts!

PRAY FOR BOHOL!

Bohol, the home of the tarsiers, where your dreams of hills made out of CHOCOLATE are seen (it's called Chocolate Hills, not exactly made out of chocolate), and where you could have a lot of fun. You should visit that place.
If you have went to Bohol, good! If you were either have not went there or you're about to go there, you'll be surprised to what just happened there.
The reason why I am blogging about this is because I just heard a 7.2-magnitude earthquake just struck Bohol and made a big impact there, literally. I know this is similar to what I blogged about before, I just want to say that I'm not advertising. I'm not sure if I even heard the news right but I think I heard they're gonna experience a tsunami (like what I said, I'm NOT SURE). The earthquake was over and wrecked most things there and now there's gonna be a tsunami?!?! It's like saying you just came out from the hospital and now you have to run two hours straight around a soccer field. That's just unfair, right? (That's life, it's really unfair so deal with it) Since I'm just a student(not a fund raiser), all I can do is inform you guys and pray. Prayer is the most powerful weapon we all have.
I trust you guys on this. Please pray for Bohol and the people living there. They are experiencing bad things right now and another one yet to come. I hope you would understand and pray for them. Pray for the people's safety. Pray for Bohol. :)

"Lakbay Aral"

I have been with another blogger, Kathleen Ku from the blog... KATHLEEN KU:), to review a club. The club is "Lakbay Aral". In English, this means "Travel Learning"(?). I actually wanted to be in this club, but sadly, my parents didn't allow me to join. To give you guys a better view of Lakbay Aral, they plan their travels to places where they could learn new things. The moderator handling this club is Mr. Angelo Abunan, my Filipino teacher last year.
When me and my partner came in the room, we introduced ourselves and they gave us the best seat in the house, the front. They were about to start when we came in so I guess it wasn't really a bother to them for us to come in. They were planning  to go somewhere over the sem-break. Today, they were told to look for historical/educational, environmental, and recreational places they an go on break. They were supposed to look at the info of the place like the price of the ticket, the time it open/closes. Me and my partner tried to help some people in what they were doing and we ended up being a big help to them. We interviewed some members and they said that "It may be a bit boring but the good thing about this club is that we get to travel to places better than what the school organizes." I would actually agree with him. At some points, the club was a bit boring, but later, the teacher will start to make things more lively by giving them a good laugh.
All in all, I would suggest people, who loves to plan to travel or to travel, to join here. If I was a member, I would probably be excited 3 weeks before the trip.

I laugh wrong...

When I laugh in front of my friends or other people, I look like I'm a super Asian kill joy because I laugh like a bored old zombie. At home, I laugh like I'm this crazy person that broke out from the mental hospital that just suddenly appears to laugh at the computer screen.
I'm really like that. There was this one time... well, maybe a lot of times, where my sister was studying and was scared when I started laughing. She wanted to video me just laughing at this video earlier, but I stopped when she was about to. If she did video it, I would show you guys. I couldn't avoid laughing like that. Admit it! You do it too! YOLO, am I right? YOLO! There are different types of laughs that are more hilarious than mine. Click here to see the video I saw: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p32OC97aNqc
This video was funny... One of my favorite videos... Laughter chains... :))

Don't Deny It!

Do you have this kind of conversation with your friends?
"OMG! You look soooooo pretty in that dress!"
"No! I look soooo fat in this dress."
"Don't think like that! It really looks good on you!"
              "But it's true!!"
(then the conversation goes on forever until either the person agrees or the other person got tired of telling the other person)
That happens to everyone, even boys! Sometimes, the person secretly agrees with the compliment but denies it because they might look too proud if they said they agree. I do that everytime but I really don't agree with the person. I deny every person's compliment because I don't see how it's true. They have to prove it to me before I agree. Even if they do that, I won't tell them I agree. You can relate, right? Admit it! You do that too! Be proud of it!(joke)
I'm not saying that this habit is good nor I'm saying this is bad. I'm just saying that if you want to agree with them, don't tell them in a way you would look too proud. Just simply say thank you and stay humble. Don't let that very compliment overwhelm you.
You know, sometimes, you should give yourself a chance to embrace it. Don't always deny it. Those compliments might happen once in a lifetime, right?
You might be a bit confused or most probably bored by now so...

A Message from me to My Teachers

I don't really know how to express what I want to say, but I'm gonna try. Here it goes....
                Dear Teachers',
I want to thank you for everything, as in EVERYTHING you've done and sacrificed for me and your students. Thank you for helping me learn from my mistakes. Thank you for constantly encouraging and supporting me to participate and do well in class, even though I don't really do those things regularly. Thank you that you have been patient with us. I don't really know how you tolerate the noise of each class. If I were in your place, I would have broke down on the first few minutes of the period. I want to really thank you for being my teacher, my guide, and my friend. Wow! 3-in-1! Without you, I don't know what's gonna happen to me.
I want to say sorry for being a disrespectful student. I didn't realize the struggles you go through just for us to learn. I sometimes make noise in your class, do things I shouldn't be doing, I don't follow what you say and many more mistakes I did. I am really sorry for making you mad sometimes. Sometimes we never think before we act and that's why this happens.
You have been a great inspiration to me and I hope you'll be one to others too. I love you guys! You're the best! Lastly, I want to say...
                HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!!!
I hope you could enjoy the rest of your day and may God bless you and continue to watch over you.

                                                                                                                                     Your Student,
                                                                                                                                          M.I.G.

"The Fox" music video

"What does the fox say? Ring ding ding ding dingeringeding!" Sounds weird? Well, try watching this new video that was posted on YouTube. You should probably watch the video first before reading any further. If you did, good for you. Here's the link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jofNR_WkoCE ...

At first, you would think that a random person on the internet just suddenly posts a messed up video about the noise foxes make or he was thinking of an idea for his next video and he suddenly thought, "Why not we make a video about foxes?! I mean, they don't make sounds, so let's make make a video questioning the noise a fox makes!!" I bet the producers or directors or whoever helped him make the video was like, "...Y...eah!( putting on a fake smile)...*thinks: this is a stupid idea! Where the heck did he get that idea from?*" Well, it really depends on the goal of the person. If their goal is to make the people laugh, they would consider the goal well-done accomplished. If their goal is to question the people on what noise the fox makes, not even close to accomplishment. You see, the chorus goes like "Ring ding ding ding dingeringeding!" or " Wa pa pa pa pa pa pow!" or like " Joff tchoff tchoffo tchoffo tchoff !" or "Jacha chacha chacha chow!" or other funny noises he made. Other people, who judge easily, would consider the first part of the video gay without even watching the full video. When I first watched the video, my sister was laughing at my face while I was watching. She said, "You should see the look on your face while you were watching it!!" I bet you were laughing at the chorus part. You're probably thinking that the fox isn't the only animal that can't make a sound. There is the giraffe, or even a cooler animal, that doesn't make a sound, which is a shark.

I would consider this video a total success if it goes number 1 on the chart. I'm not doubting it would, I'm just saying there is a 10% chance it would... Nah, I'm just kidding. It can reach number one, but not just as good as Gangnam Style.

So that's it for today, this is M.I.G. signing off to another great day :)

Time flies...

"Time flies when you're having fun." Yeah, I do believe in that quote, but don't you think it flies too fast?

It is unfair that when you're bored, time seems like it slows down. When you're having fun, time seems to speed up. Why can't it be the other way around? Imagine, you're doing something you love doing. It feels like you just started, but the next thing you know it, you're done. Then when you're in class it feels like it's almost the end of the class but it appears that only 10 minutes have past. Isn't that just annoying?!

Awkward... just AWKWARD!

I had time to look at old pictures in my camera just earlier... I found the most awkward picture of me... I had a feeling I wanted to share it to you. Here it is...
Me and my family ate in this restaurant in Taiwan where we eat in mini sized toilet bowls and my order came in first. My sister wanted to picture me eating it but I refused to... I said "no" to her with a sassy voice and matching hand and face gestures. She clicked the camera and this was the result. I call this a PICTURE FAIL...
I remembered I forced my sister to delete this... Oh well... nevermind.. At first, I didn't want to show this, but WHO CARES!?! YOLO, am I right?

Annoying Ads

The reason why I don't post often, aside from my schedule, is the ads. There are like ads everywhere that I have to skip a day of writing in my blog.

Those ads... WHERE DO THEY COME FROM??? I hate them as much as I hate my enemies (I don't have an enemy but who cares). They're more annoying than a buzzer in a basketball game!!! Because of them, I couldn't see what I'm writing and I couldn't post on my free time. Do you get what I mean? It's like someone just comes in your private property without permission and suddenly talks to you. It is that annoying.

There are things that I can tolerate. This isn't one of them! If you have to advertise something, do it somewhere else! Don't trespass on somebody's property, that could get you sued.
So that's it for today, this is M.I.G. signing off to another great day :)

Finally revealing myself!

So like what I said in my last entry, I'm going to be revealing myself to you guys. I tried looking for a descent picture of myself, and this is what I found so far...

This is my picture (March 27, 2013) of me at school. I....look chubby there, don't I?
I just pictured myself earlier WITH MY WEB CAM (not my cellphone...) and I could tell by the two pictures... I'm thinner...
(Sorry about the lighting)
Yes, I know my eyes look like check marks drawn on my face (I get that a lot). People call me "No Eyes", "Asian", or even "Korean"(that is what my parents' friends think of me when they first saw me)...

So that's it for today, this is M.I.G. signing off to another great day :)

Revealing my face...

ANNOUNCEMENT: I've been thinking about something. It would be nice to reveal myself to you guys. So by my next entry, I would be posting a picture of myself. Please put in the comments on what you think about my plan? (If you want to, of course).

My Top 3 Most Violent things I did when I was young...

People say I'm kind and nice to all of my friends when I was young, but they don't know I can be violent at the same time. I haven't told them how I behaved during those years. Here is my top 3 most violent things I did when I was young...

My Top 3:

  1. I nearly pushed my brother down the staircase. He was too slow when he goes down the stairs and I was growing impatient. I pushed him just to mess around with him. I pushed him and he went of balance. I caught him immediately and he was safe.
  2. I pushed a kid off a slide. I was 6 that time. I was climbing up the stairs of a slide and there was this kid who was pulling my leg down so he could go first. I was really annoyed at him, so when I reached the top of the slide,(the kid was almost to the top) I pushed him. I even laughed when saw him crying.
  3. I tackled my sister that made her nose bleed. My sister was teasing me that time. I got really mad at her so I tried to do a pokemon move/ football move on her, which is tackle, to get my revenge and you know what? It worked! Eventually, she told our parents and they got mad at me...
P.S. The second, third and fourth picture are not mine but it only represents what I mean... Thank you :)

I laugh, you laugh, EVERYONE LAUGHS!

Do you notice those moments that someone says a joke, everyone laughs, everyone stops laughing except one then everyone laughs again? That happens to me a lot (Sadly, not the one who gets left out laughing).

I didn't know why those things happen. You could just laugh about it and then stop... no more continuation. There is just something with us that kept us laughing. Based on what I saw and realized, I could say that the reason they laughed again is because of the left out "laugher" (that is what I call them). I think that laugher's laughter made other people laugh. There is also another reason behind this and it is based on the joke. The people might be trying to not laugh but they end up laughing again. Or they thought of something serious then remembers the joke again and laughs.

Most likely, I think the first reason was the cause behind this laughter chain. But in some situations, the second might as well be the other reason.

Being Sick Doesn't Feel nice...

I was sick the other day. My stomach hurts, my legs were weak and I was so sleepy. That day, I had a big test about my future career thing and of course, I had to take it seriously. It took all my energy to answer the whole test. Luckily, I finished it. I had to rest when I got home. I didn't eat dinner, I just slept until the next day came.

Until now, my stomach still hurts when I stand up after I eat. I feel bloated and it isn't nice feeling that way. I don't feel like going to school when I don't have my jacket with me because I get a cold easily. Everyday isn't complete without you feeling like you want to sleep. In my case, it was better than what happened to me the other day. If you want to get sick just to skip school, don't because being sick is the worst thing that can happen to you.

So that's it for today, this is M.I.G. signing off to another great day :)

The Quote

I created this image just last week, and I found it interesting. I actually thought that this would be a great representation of my blog! It is creative/interesting and mysterious at the same time. I also found this quote by Jimmy Webb that suits the picture and my blog perfectly. He said "The creative processes are so mysterious." (I've been doing this for the past few days)

If you look at the picture, you can see different things from it. You can see a flower on grass or a butterfly on a small flower or wherever your imagination takes you. You can't identify creative processes because they have mysterious aspects that make you wonder what it really means.

PROCRASTINATION!!!

"I am a procrastinator!" That's right, you heard me. If you don't know the meaning of "procrastination" or "procrastinator", (based on me) "PROCRASTINATION" is the act of being lazy to do your work now; instead, you do your work the day, hour, or minute right before the deadline. "Procrastinator" is the person that procrastinates.

Today is a great example of me procrastinating. I am recently reading this Filipino song (awit) that appears to be a story named "Florante at Laura". In english it's... "Florante and Laura". Every week we are told to answer a lot of questions about the chapters we read and discussed. I am not yet done, the deadline is tomorrow and I have no idea how to deal with this right now. I don't even know the answers to some (most) of the questions! I did some of my work during the weekend but it wasn't enough.

In the end, I realized that procrastinating is normal, just don't keep on doing it because you'll get used to it and wouldn't live a nice, peaceful, and relaxing life. I have been through worse problems than this and believe me, it did not come out pretty. Always put studies first before fun time...

PRAY FOR THE PHILIPPINES!!!

It has been raining here in the Philippines for the past few days, and I heard a lot of places are flooded now. I just want to ask all readers to pray for the Philippines. Thank you :D

Today, I did nothing important (Not literally but still... NOTHING). I didn't really feel like doing anything because....
               1. It was very cold.
               2. I did all my important stuff yesterday.
               3. I was a bit tired.
I noticed that this was the same feeling I had a few years ago when the storm "Ondoy" came (to all Filipinos, you know this). I was elementary that time. Me and my classmates were so happy it was raining hard. The classes were suspended for more than a week. I was happy that I don't have assignments, no school work, I have more time to rest and more, but when I watched the news, I saw many people who were struggling because of the this. I was sad because what I did was wrong. And now, it is happening again. I just hope the "whole week suspension of classes" will not happen because it is not fun laying around doing nothing.

Just earlier I read this tweet from this person saying something like, "YEAH!!! MORE FLOOD" or "I HATE THE PHILIPPINES! MAKE IT FLOOD MORE!" (I'm not gonna say names). I was furious at that person that I wanted to say violent things towards her (yes, that person is a girl). People in twitter say that she just wanted to be noticed by the public. It is actually working...

A message to the person I was talking about: Are you happy now? Are you satisfied you got most of the Filipinos' attention? I know you can't please anybody but this is too much (in most people's opinion).

So that's it for today, this is M.I.G. signing off to another great day :)

A cold dark Sunday...

Earlier this morning (like 4am), I heard loud drops coming from my window. It was the rain, I thought it would stop a few hours later (like always) so I went back to sleep.

I woke up a few hours later and POOF I was right... It did stop, but when I looked at the sky, it looks like it was gonna rain again. I put on a long sleeve shirt just in case it really rains. Right choice... It rained so hard, it was even harder than the rain yesterday (it's on my last post). I was hoping for a suspension of classes tomorrow(Monday) but I realized tomorrow is Quezon City Day which means there wasn't really any classes for tomorrow... DARN! I was attending the 7 pm Sunday mass and it was still raining hard. I was slightly wet when I went in the church. What really pissed me off is when I was going back home. It rained harder and I had to share one umbrella with my sister... I got wet.

Tip of the day: NEVER share an umbrella with someone if it is raining hard.

A long road trip...

I was asleep when I heard a knock on my door. I got up, opened the door and my dad was there. He told me I was going to a church a bit far.

I woke my sister up and looked at the time. It was 5:30 AM!!! I was wondering why it was still dark outside... I got dressed, brushed my teeth, packed up the stuff I needed, drank milk(I know I'm too old to drink milk) and went off. When my dad said "a bit far", he meant "really far". It was a 2-hour 30-minute travel to the place. I didn't like staying in cars for too long because I hate being in tight spaces but the fact that I was asleep for almost half the travel time, made me feel better. After we went to the church, we were going home. Suddenly, it rained hard, the fog started to thicken up that we couldn't see the road anymore. We drove slowly just to be extra careful which might affect the time of our arrival. Well, it did. In fact, it took more than 3 hours to get back home due to traffic, slow driving and bathroom breaks.

I finally made it home! I turned on the wifi and started to use FB, Twitter and YouTube for updates and stuff. Nothing much happened... It was like nothing was new and nothing happened... But I didn't care after that.

So that's it for today, this is M.I.G. signing off to a great day :)

New Social Networking Sites...

There are a lot of new social networking sites. I couldn't keep up with them. They just keep on coming. I couldn't even understand some of them.

There are facebook, twitter, YouTube and other more of those sites. Today, we have Instagram where you can now post an Instavideo, Vine where you post videos that only last for 6 seconds, Line, and many more of those. I don't know where the creators of these sites get their ideas. All of the new sites come out almost at the same time. Too much sites = too much accounts = too much work = STRESS . I kind of lost count of all my accounts and missed out some. And just a few days ago, I heard of this new site named "kik". It is a site that is almost as similar to Viber, Skype, Line and etc. I don't have one yet but I will make one soon because I like being updated.

So that's it for today, this is M.I.G. signing off to a great day :)

NEW BLOGGER ONLINE!!!

From the title, you already know what it means. Yes, I am a new blogger online. So let me introduce myself, I am M.I.G or Mysteriously Interesting Girl. I am below 20 years old but above 13. I like making people guess things about me because I find it entertaining but I don't think they felt the same way I did. I also like entertaining people using random thoughts that suddenly pop out of nowhere. You are probably asking what I might post in my blog. Well, I will post pictures, talk about random topics, I could make a vlog if I feel like it (a vlog is a shorter way of saying "video blog"), and of course, BLOG. Since this is my first time to blog, you wouldn't expect much from me, but I would try to do my best to keep up with time to make every day. :)
This is M.I.G. signing off to a great start. :)
